These terms apply to the Eventum app for iPhone and Android and to geteventum.app. By using Eventum you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What Eventum does

Eventum lets you follow teams, leagues, competitions, TV shows and events, puts their schedules in a calendar on your phone, and reminds you before they start. Eventum is free to use, with optional paid features in Eventum Premium.

Schedules can change

Schedules come from public sources and third-party data providers, and organizers change dates and times often. We work to keep everything accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that every date, time, result or broadcast detail is correct. Please check with the organizer or broadcaster before relying on a time for anything important, such as buying tickets or travelling.

Eventum Premium

• Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly or yearly, sold through the App Store or Google Play. The price is shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• If you got Eventum from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.

Using Eventum fairly

Use Eventum for your own personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy, scrape or resell its content, try to break or overload the service, or use it to break the law.

Ownership

The app, its design and its code belong to Eventum. Team, league, competition and show names, logos and crests belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them. Eventum is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Availability and liability

Eventum is provided "as is". We may change, add or remove features, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, Eventum is not liable for any loss caused by using the app or by a missed, moved or incorrect event, including a reminder that did not arrive.

Privacy

How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use Eventum after a change means you accept the new terms.
